What's a good (thin, quiet, responsive, cheap) keyboard to replace the now discontinued Logitech UltraX?

I love the Logitech UltraX and have bought half a dozen of them over the years. I was saddened to find that they are no longer on sale. Can anyone recommend some cheap alternatives?
