When is the best time?

OK so I did on OPK on saturday that was almost positive, then when I did one yesterday it was positive. So I know that after you get a positive you can ovulate anywhere from 12-48 hours later and when I entered my info on a ovulation calculator it said I should ovulate June 1st, yes I know its just an estimate. This morning when I woke up I had a few twinges in my uterus and i'm wondering if its possible they were ovulation twinges? My husband and I BD last night but i'm wondering if we should do it again tonight and tomorrow or if it would be better to just do it tomorrow to give him time to build up his supply? lol sorry tmi. Just need some help as to the best timing. Thanks so much!!
