Do you think this is a good diet?

Yep sounds good to me :) make sure u vary the fruit and veg. You could snack on some nuts in the morning to help fill u up. And exercise lots :) maybe half hour a day, of cardio, such as running or swimming. thats what will really help speed up weight loss, espesh with ur diet! good luck :)
