YoHoHo Puzzle Pirates banned question?

I really love ypp andi got banned for i don't know why, and its been like a year since that happened. But every time I try to make a new account it says i can't cause my comp is tainted. So i was wondering if there was anyway i could make a new one or contact the ocean masters or something. thanks
