You started something that you shouldn't have. While you may have done this just to be nice, you didn't leave yourself any way out. You should offer such kindness ONLY if there is an emergency, an illness or a vacation in the picture. Learn to protect your privacy. When you extend yourself like that, your gift becomes an obligation. Single women are anything but helpless. Let them have their independence - that was their choice. The attitude gives you some 'insight' into how ungrateful some people can be. Wise up!
