My wife is receiving poor,abusive,degrading or no help in a ontario hospital what can i do?

she went to emergency 04/19 10 am was taken right in, they were concerned. test show her electrolytes were very bad. they put her on i.v. she has chronic foot pain(severe) and high blood pressure. i left to go home at 9 pm. went back 11:30 today and she is crying about her experience. never alowed to sleep, contantly poked for blood in a poor and painfull manner. she wanted to go to the bathroom last night and got no help so she climbed over the rail, may have fallen. they roughly checked her over and were verbally abusive. i recieved a call at 2:30am saying she was going to be confined. now i am not even allowed to take her to the coffee shop or out for a smoke. there is much more to say but i must get back to her before more things happen
