I can go to good college?

Most college admissions are need-blind - they won't let you in just because you can afford it, and they won't reject you just because you can't. GA Tech is a top-ten university; if you've got a 70 average (that's about a 2.0 GPA), you're not getting into any 4 year school, much less GA Tech. If you really want to go to college (and consider why you do, if you're having so much trouble with high school - it's a lot more work and they have higher expectations), start at community college.
