St Patricks Day Dinner - which cut of meat are you using and why? Sure to put the cat amongst the pigeons ;)?

100% Pure Irish, still live here and I HATE lamb in my stew yech. When i make stew I use beef and its just stewing beef not sure of where abouts on the cow it comes from, sorry. What about you are you actually Irish? Another good meal would be boiled ham with cabbage, spuds and white sauce, v Irish
