Should I file a counterclaim for slander?

No. Statements made in the course of judicial proceedings are absolutely immune from slander, provided the statements are at least arguably pertinent to the litigation. And, the fact that you have other lawsuits pending (which is public record anyway) is at least arguably relevant. But, go ahead and try if you wish. The judge will give you an answer in about 5 seconds.
