Recipes for black currants please (simple ones) doesnt take too much ingreds

yummy recipes for black currants, i have 3 trees and loads of them. so can you help, nice simple jam, cake, muffin, sponge, tart any thing sauces. also can i just freeze the currants from the tree. thanks and advance
