No power in part of basement -- CFGI states "open neutral"?

I lost power yesterday morning using a space heater. Now 1/2 the basement is w/o power. I have two CFGI's, and reset both. One shows full power with circuit tester; the others (which gives no juice) shows "open neutral." I opened it up and the white wires are connected well.
