Houston's built to do it right now, but if their window closes (depending on Schaub's health) it'd have to wait until Either Stafford makes the next step or McCoy takes over the reins. This is also uming DET keeps CJ or finds another top-flight WR to take his place in a few years, CLE finds a running game, and BOTH teams shore up their D's (DET= DBs; CLE=DL/LB).
